Aging Report - Insurance Balances (New) Overview

Uprise users now have access to a new iteration of Aging Reports. "Aging Report - Insurance Balance (New)" is accessible based on user permission as configured in the Admin > Users tab.

A new permission to generate this report is now available to assign to user types, and both standard roles that already grant such permission as well as any custom roles that have permission to access the extant Insurance Aging Report will inherit the permission for this new report by default.

  • When running or selecting various exports, users will now see an active message displayed stating that the request is being executed:
  • This report can be run for individual locations, or for multiple/all locations in your Uprise organization. Users will also now see the requested search criteria and summaries for each practice location displayed with the reported results:
  • Select any location tab from the returned results to view the data for that specified location. Each column in the resulting report now includes sorting controls for added convenience:
  • Click on any hyperlink listed in the results table to launch a new window where additional invoices can be accessed:
  • To view all of the report data in a manner similar to an "expand all" feature, click the "Export Raw Data" button:
  • This new data export will retain the selected report search criteria for all insurances and locations. In both the summary and detailed views, users can now copy or export the presented data to Excel, CSV, or PDF type files. This raw data export features an improved format with default column filters, as well as a new pivot table tab to view your data in multiple ways:
