Running the Patient Aging Report

1. Click Reports > Aging Report - Patient Balance

2. Update the Date of Service or Location if needed > Click Run

3. The report is run and results are returned

Use the Search Results field to find a patient

Click the Arrow to the left of the name to display all Invoices and balances

4. Negative numbers indicate a Patient Credit.

If there is a Paper and Lock icon it means the patient has been put on hold. These patients will not receive a Patient Statement if the report is run.
