How to Find the Availability for an Appointment based on Certain Criteria

1. Click the " New Appointment" button found in the Scheduler Tab

2. The user can either fill in all of the required information first or select the "Find Availability" button first

NOTE: Use the Resource Information slider to quickly reference blocks of times the doctor sees specific types of appointments.

3. Select the desired Type, Day of Week, and Time of Day > Find

Select the desired Type, Day of Week, and Time of Day > Search

4. From the results, select the desired appointment time. The system will save this information and the user can continue creating the appointment.
