What are the Benefits of using Scheduler Templates?

- 09:30 am - 10:30 am - Set a specific color for the type of appointments you want to see during a specific block of time.
- 11:00 am - 12:00 pm - Set a "No Appointments" block for a lunch hour
- 12:00 pm - 04:30 pm - Set different types of appointments for morning and afternoon
Benefits of Using Scheduler Templates
When scheduling an appointment:
1. The Appointment Type will filter to a short list based on the template
2. The Resource Information slider also includes the template colors for quick reference
3. The Find Availability feature returns only times for an appointment type that match template times including that appointment type.
4. There is a warning pop-up if a different appointment type is selected that differs from the template.
