How to Submit Rx Orders (Manual and Electronic)
All orders must follow the same steps below for submission, whether the Order is going to be submitted through VisionWeb to the lab or manually sent to the lab.
1. Click Products tab > Rx Order Tracking > View "Read to Order" status > Apply
2. Click Submit hyperlink
3. Order will change to "submitted"
If there are any issues with the Order the system will notify you and you can "Edit "Order to resolve the issues
If the order is submitted electronically it will populate an E-Order #
4. If you need to send the Prescription to the lab manually. Simply Print the order.
