Instructions 4 Patient Care Product Pickup Notification
To trigger a Product or Rx Order pickup notification through 4 Patient Care you must mark the Order as 1. Inspected and then 2. Received. It must be in that order!
1. Click Products > Rx Order Tracking > User the filters to search for the Order (if applicable) > Click apply
2. Click the Order number hyperlink to open the Rx Order
3. Click Mark Inspected and then Mark Received
Remember it must be done in the order to trigger 4 Patient Care notification
