Adding Missing Medication

1. Click the plus sign "+"  to add new or update medications

2. Begin adding medications once in e-Prescribing / Med Entry tab

If you have the information, Enter the prescribing doctor and starting date

Note: these fields are good to record but are not required

3. Enter the first few letters of the medication > click Drug Search button > search results will be displayed

Note: if the drug you are searching for is not in the list, please create a support ticket to request it be added

4. Select the box to add the medication

5. Select to Move to Current Meds

6. The medication is now added to the list of current meds.

If needed, Click the Edit button if changes need to be made > click Save Rx button when complete

7. Click Done when all updates have been made
