How do I Run MIPS Reports and Data for Submission?
Uprise - EHR provides a simple method to create your MIPS Report and the file needed to submit your data. After you follow the steps below you will visit https://qpp.cms.gov/login to sign in and submit your MIPS data.
- Calculate Score button is meant to serve as a spot check for how you are doing throughout the reporting year. This button will update the dashboard but not generate any Quality reports on the report history tab to view/export.
- Generate Report button will generate the Quality reports on the Report History tab to view/export.
- Promoting Interoperability button will bring up a window to select reports to export in a csv format.
1. EHR > Practice > Check the Quality measure you want to include in your Report.
These measures will be included in the QRAD3 file that will be submitted to the Quality Payment Program: https://qpp.cms.gov The Advancing Care Information measures and Improvement Activities for the CMS Quality Payment Program will be manually submitted.
2. Click the Generate Report button
The report will take a few minutes to run. If you happen to click the "Generate Report" Button a second time you will see this message.
3. Click the Report History tab > Export
You can click the Refresh button to update the list. When the report is done running the status will change to Finished.
4. Click the QRDA3 attachment and click the download button in the lower right corner
The file will most likely download to your "downloads" folder. Make a note of it's location. This will be the file you will submit.
QRDA Category III (QRDA3) is the aggregate Quality report.
